"Wars and rumours of wars" , the prediction of the Lord Jesus, has been part of the history of the world for the 2000 years since he issued this prophesy. The indictment on emerging civilization over these yesrs is that, not only has man not learned from the horrors of war, he has also not recognized the evil in man that brings wars about. As you know I served during the "Forgotten War", the aftermath of failed policies following number 2, yet the seeds of the next war can be seen in the policies in play at the close of the Korean War.
