RNs achievements were accomplished over his five plus years as president, not nine months and three days.  Isn&#039;t it way too early to judge Obama&#039;s foreign policy approach?

I suspect that our allies feel more secure and less threatened with an administration that chooses negotiation and consultation over confrontation and unilateralism.</description>
