It continues to amaze me that so many of my fellow students and my professors are completely ignorant of President Nixon's extensive work toward healthcare reform. It is only when I explain RN's personal history with healthcare issues involving his brothers and the impact in had on his family do most unbelievers begin to believe that a Republican could possibly advocate for healthcare. Unfortunately, I am not as eloquent as this article in explaining the political and capitalist advantages of RN's plans. Thanks for the history lesson. Always appreciated!
